Target Award Opportunity

Target Award Opportunity. Means, with respect to any Participant, the amount of a Bonus Award that the Participant potentially may earn in respect of a specified Performance Year determined in accordance with Exhibit A hereof, which is incorporated herein and forms a part of the Bonus Plan, and subject to such additional requirements as the Committee may impose. A Target Award Opportunity constitutes a conditional right to receive a Bonus Award.
