Target Bonus Pool or Target Pool. Shall mean the amount anticipated to be distributed to all Designated and Non-Designated Participants if all applicable Performance Goals are met at targeted levels. Separate Target Bonus Pools may be established for URS and for one or more of its Affiliates and business units, as determined by the Committee.
