Target Manufacturing Costs
Target Manufacturing Costs. Shall mean: (a) with respect to one (1) unit of the DPIS Device, and (b) with respect to one (1) unit of the Tube Sets, an amount to be reasonably determined by agreement of the Parties on or before October 31, 2009.
