Target Payout

Target Payout. A dollar amount established by the Committee at the beginning of each Performance Cycle for each Eligible Individual as the target Award Payout for that Performance Cycle. In the event an Eligible Individual first becomes eligible after the first day of the Performance Cycle, his or her Target Payout will be established as soon thereafter as administratively possible.
