Target Price

Example Definitions of "Target Price"
Target Price. Means, as of any date, the lesser of (i) the product of (A) 0.88 multiplied by (B) the Current Market Price for such date and (ii) the product of (A) 0.88 multiplied by (B) the Quoted Price for the first Business Day prior to such date (if the first Business Day is a Trading Day, or if not, then on the last Trading Day prior to the first Business Day).
Target Price. Means 200% of the Series A Conversion Value at the time in effect. 14 "Trading Day" means any day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which the American Stock Exchange or the Alternative Stock Exchange, as the case may be, is open for business.
Target Price. Means 115% of the Series A Conversion Value at the time in effect.
Target Price. Is defined on Addendum 1 to Exhibit D of this Agreement.
Target Price. 125% of the Company's Beginning Average Stock Price
