Means (a) patents and patent applications Controlled by Tarsus as of the Effective Date and related to the Compound and Licensed Product; (b) any patent applications claiming priority to any of the foregoing, including continuations, divisionals, continuation-in-part (to the extent the claims thereof are entitled to such priority) and foreign patent applications, and (c) all patents issuing from any of the foregoing patent applications described in (a) through (b), including all reissues,... reexaminations and extensions thereof.
