An immediate reduction in the amount of Taxes payable by Landlord with respect to the Premises during the year for which such Taxes are assessed (individually, a "Tax Abatement", and collectively, "Tax Abatements"), as distinguished from a rebate, refund, reimbursement or other payment out of or attributable to Taxes previously paid by Landlord or Tenant
