Tax Adjustment Statement

Tax Adjustment Statement. Shall mean a statement prepared by Landlord showing (i) the calculation (or recalculation) of the Tax Adjustment for the Adjustment Year, (ii) the aggregate amount of the Estimated Tax Adjustment (and Tax Adjustment) previously paid by Tenant for the Adjustment Year, and (iii) the amount, if any, by which the aggregate amount of the installments of Estimated Tax Adjustment paid by Tenant with respect to such Adjustment Year exceeds or is less than the Tax Adjustment for such Adjustment Year....
