Tax Advisor

Tax Advisor. Means a tax advisor that, in the reasonable judgment of the Company, is familiar with and experienced in the tasks required of the "tax advisor" hereunder, and is selected by the Company to perform those tasks. The Company shall pay all of the fees and expenses of the Tax Advisor.
