Tax Return

Tax Return. All reports, estimates, information statements and returns relating to, or required to be filed in connection with, any Taxes pursuant to the statutes, rules and regulations of any federal, state, local or foreign government taxing authority

Tax Return. Means any report, return, document, declaration, information return, election or other information or filing of any kind (including any attached schedule, supplement and additional or supporting material) filed or required to be filed with any Governmental Authority or jurisdiction (foreign or domestic) with respect to Tax, including any amendments thereof, claim for refund or declaration of estimated Tax.

Tax Return. Means any return, information statement, report, declaration, estimate, schedule, notice, notification, form, election, certificate or other document required to be filed with a Governmental Authority in connection with the determination, assessment, collection or payment of any Tax or in connection with the administration, implementation or enforcement of or compliance with any Legal Requirement relating to Taxes.
