Taxing Authority

Taxing Authority. Means any government or subdivision, agency, commission or authority thereof, or any quasi-governmental or private body having jurisdiction over the assessment, determination, collection or other imposition of Taxes.

Taxing Authority. The Internal Revenue Service or any comparable state, local or foreign taxing authority

Taxing Authority. Has the meaning set forth in the definition of the term "Tax" in this Section 1.01.

Taxing Authority. Means the United States Internal Revenue Service or any other applicable Government Body.

Taxing Authority. Means any Governmental or Regulatory Authority of any United States federal, state or local jurisdiction, or any foreign jurisdiction having or purporting to exercise jurisdiction with respect to any Tax.

Taxing Authority. Means the IRS or any comparable state or foreign taxing authority.
