TCFC Loan Documents

TCFC Loan Documents. Shall mean shall mean all now existing or hereafter created notes, loan agreements, security agreements, guarantees, subordination agreements, waivers, certificates, mortgages, assignments, indemnities, agreements, instruments or other documents (and any amendments, substitutions, restatements, extensions and renewals to the foregoing) which create, evidence, secure or otherwise relate to the TCFC Debt.
