TCP Registrable Securities

TCP Registrable Securities. With respect to any offering hereunder, the "Registrable Securities" (as defined in the TCP Registration Rights Agreement) that the "Holders" (as defined in the TCP Registration Rights Agreement) are entitled to request be included in such offering pursuant to the TCP Registration Rights Agreement as in effect on the date hereof.
