Technical Data

Technical Data. Shall mean all documentation and other technical information provided by Calypte pursuant to this Agreement.

Technical Data. Shall mean all technical information and instructions, including specifications, drawings, plans, planers and the like, useful for the design, construction and operation of any and all products of the Licensed Products.

Technical Data. All written, printed and other tangible materials embodying or containing "know-how", and includes, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all correspondence, designs, processes, source codes, object codes, engineering sketches, drawings and tracings, specifications and engineering data, reporting formats, memoranda, notebooks, and all copies thereof, together with all models and prototypes of every description.

Technical Data. Any tangible medium embodying Technical Information, which is owned, developed, discovered or otherwise acquired by Company at any time prior to the expiration or termination of the term of this Agreement, including but not limited to plans, Specifications, material lists (bills of materials), machine drawings, software and instructions, whether in human or machine readable form.
