Technical Specification. Means the formal technical description of the software and hardware system, including network infrastructure and Database Services that are required to develop and implement the Client Website, which includes a precise definition of the lay-out of the system structure, and the relational dynamics between the relevant hardware, software and Internet connectivity required for the Client Website;
