TechniScan PreExisting Equipment. Means the complete and latest version of the TechniScan automated ultrasound imaging equipment, controls and system (including all TechniScan Pre-Existing Software), which incorporates all of the latest updates to all such equipment, controls and software, but for the avoidance of doubt is not available for commercial sale or use.
