Technology Agreement

Technology Agreement. Shall mean that certain Amended and Restated Technology Agreement dated as of the Restatement Date entered into between the parties (as amended or restated from time to time). All terms used, but not defined herein, shall have the respective meanings set forth in the Technology Agreement.
