Technology Schedule

Technology Schedule. Shall mean the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Technology Schedule shall be governed by and subject to all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The parties may execute subsequent Technology Schedules with later effective dates, which shall form part of and be governed by and subject to all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
