Example Definitions of "Telerate Page 3750"
Telerate Page 3750. Shall mean the display designated as "Page 3750" on the Dow Jones Market Service (or any successor thereto) or such other service as may be nominated by the British Bankers' Association as the information vendor for the purpose of displaying British Bankers' Association Interest Settlement Rates for U.S. Dollar deposits.
Telerate Page 3750. Shall mean the display designated as "Page 3750" on the Dow Jones Telerate Service (or such other page as may replace Page 3750 on that service) or such other service as may be nominated by the British Bankers' Association as the information vendor for the purpose of displaying British Bankers' Association Interest Settlement Rates for U.S. Dollar deposits.
Telerate Page 3750. Means the British Bankers Association Libor Rates (determined as of 11:00 a.m. London time) that are published by Moneyline Telerate (or any successor thereto). As used in this definition, the term "Business Day" means a day on which commercial banks are open for international business (including dealings in U.S. Dollar deposits in London, England).
Telerate Page 3750. Means the display page so designated on the Moneyline Telerate, Inc. (or such other page as may replace such page on that service or any successor service for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates of major banks).
