Telerate Page 3750. Means the display page so designated on the Moneyline Telerate, Inc. (or such other page as may replace such page on that service or any successor service for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates of major banks).

Telerate Page 3750. The British Bankers Association Libor Rates (determined as of 11:00 a.m. London time) that are published by Moneyline Telerate (or any successor thereto). As used in this definition, the term "Business Day" means a day on which commercial banks are open for international business (including dealings in U.S. Dollar deposits in London, England)
