Television Entity

Television Entity. For purposes of this Agreement, a "Television Entity" is any person or entity that holds a Material Interest in or operates or manages any broadcast television station licensed to a community in the United States, a television network whose programming is distributed in the United States, a cable television system located in the United States, or a cable television network whose programming is distributed in the United States.
