Tellabs Patent Right. Means a patent right of any class or type issued by any jurisdiction (a) that relates to or arises out of any Product Technology, Manufacturing Developments, or Tellabs Developments and (b) that is owned or controlled by Tellabs or its parent, subsidiaries, or affiliates.
