Example Definitions of "Ten Percent Owner"
Ten Percent Owner. Means a Service Provider who owns more than 10% of the total combined voting power of all classes of outstanding securities of the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary. In determining ownership of securities, the attribution rules of Section 424(d) of the Code shall apply.
Ten Percent Owner. Any Service Provider who is, on the Grant Date of an ISO, the owner of more than 10% of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock of the Company, any Parent, or any Subsidiary (determined with application of ownership attribution rules of Code section 424(d))

Ten Percent Owner. A person who owns, or is deemed within the meaning of Section 422(b)(6) of the Code to own, stock possessing more than 10% of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock of the Company (or any Parent or Subsidiary of the Company). Whether a person is a Ten Percent Owner shall be determined with respect to an Option based on the facts existing immediately prior to the Grant Date of the Option.
