Example Definitions of "Ten Percent Shareholder"
Ten Percent Shareholder. A person who owns (or is deemed to own pursuant to Section 424(d) of the Code) stock possessing more than ten percent (10%) of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock of the Company or a parent or subsidiary corporation (within the meaning of sections 424(e) and (f) of the Code).
Ten Percent Shareholder. A person who owns more than ten percent of the total combined voting power of the Company or any related corporation as determined with reference to Section 424(d) of the Code
