Example Definitions of "Tenant Allowance"
Tenant Allowance. $22.50 per rentable square foot, which is to be applied by Tenant to the cost of the Improvements. Tenant is not entitled to a cash allowance in any circumstance; provided, however, any unused portion of the Improvement allowance may be credited against minimum rent first due and payable under the Lease.
Tenant Allowance. The lesser of the following: (i) the total of all Construction Costs, or (ii) an amount equal to Forty-Five Dollars ($45.00) per RSF in the Premises
