Tenant's Percentage. Shall be that percentage determined by dividing the rentable area of the Premises by the total rentable area of the Building and multiplying the result by 100. Tenant's Percentage is agreed to be twenty-two and 60/100ths percent (22.60%) for the purpose of this Lease.
