Example Definitions of "Tenant's Percentage Share"
Tenant's Percentage Share. The term "Tenant's Percentage Share" shall mean the percentage specified in the Basic Lease Information. If the Rentable Area of the Premises or the Rentable Area of the Building is changed, then Tenant's Percentage Share shall be adjusted to a percentage equal to the Rentable Area of the Premises divided by the Rentable Area of the Building.
Tenant's Percentage Share. The percentage figure specified in the Basic Lease Information. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that Tenant's Percentage Share has been obtained by dividing the Rentable Area of the Premises, as specified in the Basic Lease Information by the total Rentable Area of the Building, and multiplying such quotient by one hundred (100). Tenant's Percentage Share. Means the lesser of (i) the percentage obtained by dividing the square footage of the Leased Premises (14,980 square feet) by the square footage available for lease and occupancy in the Center (92,840 square feet) or (ii) sixteen and eleven one hundredths percent (16.11%). Nothing contained herein shall be construed as permitting Landlord to increase Tenant's Percentage Share.
