Tenant's Percentage Share. The ratio (expressed as a percentage) of the total Rentable Area of the Premises to the total Rentable Area of all of the buildings at the Project, each as of the first (1st) day of the calendar month in question, as reasonably determined by Landlord. Tenant's Percentage Share. The term "Tenant's Percentage Share" shall mean the percentage specified in the Basic Lease Information. If the Rentable Area of the Premises or the Rentable Area of the Building is changed, then Tenant's Percentage Share shall be adjusted to a percentage equal to the Rentable Area of the Premises divided by the Rentable Area of the Building.
