Example Definitions of "Tenant's Share"
Tenant's Share. The term "Tenant's Share" with respect to the Building shall mean the percentage obtained by dividing Tenant's Gross Leasable Area by the Building Gross Leasable Area and with respect to the Project shall mean the percentage obtained by dividing Tenant's Gross Leasable Area by the Project Gross Leasable Area, each of which Tenant's Share as of the Effective Date is the percentage identified in Section G of the Summary.
Tenant's Share. The term "Tenant's Share" shall mean the percentage obtained by dividing the Initial Premises gross leasable area, plus, if occupied by Tenant, the Expansion Premises gross leasable area, by the Building Gross Leasable Area, which the parties agree will be 33.88% for the Initial Premises and will be One hundred percent (100%) for the Initial Premises plus, the Expansion Premises.
Tenant's Share. Shall be 61%.
Tenant's Share. The term "Tenant's Share" shall mean the percentage obtained by dividing the Premises Gross Leasable Area by the Building Gross Leasable Area, which the parties agree is fifty (50%) percent.
Tenant's Share. Shall mean 2.08%.
Tenant's Share. Means the percentage of the Premises obtained by dividing the Usable Square Feet in the Premises by the Usable Square Feet in the Building, which percentage on the date of this Lease is estimated to be based on the number of square feet stated in Section 1(b) above and in Exhibit A attached hereto. Tenant's Share will be modified should Phase III be added to the Premises.
Tenant's Share. Means 12.1968%, which is the proportion which the Rentable Area of the Premises bears to the Rentable Area of the Building.
Tenant's Share. "Tenant's Share" shall be 11.34%. Such share is a fraction, the numerator of which is the Rentable Area of the Premises, and the denominator of which is the Rentable Area of the Project, as determined by Landlord from time to time in accordance with BOMA Standards.
Tenant's Share. The term "Tenant's Share" shall mean the percentage obtained by dividing Tenant's Net Rentable Area by the Building Net Rentable Area (or, as the case may be, by dividing the Tenant's Net Rentable Area by the net rentable area of the office portions of the Building), which as of the Effective Date is (or are) the percentage(s) identified in Section F of the Summary.
Tenant's Share. Effective as of the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, "Tenant's Share" for the Expansion Premises shall mean three and eighty-two hundredths percent (3.82%). Such Tenant's Share is calculated on the basis of the 2009 Stephenson Calculation (as defined below).
