Tenant's Share

Example Definitions of "Tenant's Share"
Tenant's Share. The term "Tenant's Share" shall mean the percentage obtained by dividing Tenant's Net Rentable Area by the Building Net Rentable Area (or, as the case may be, by dividing the Tenant's Net Rentable Area by the net rentable area of the office portions of the Building), which as of the Effective Date is (or are) the percentage(s) identified in Section F of the Summary.
Tenant's Share. Effective as of the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, "Tenant's Share" for the Expansion Premises shall mean three and eighty-two hundredths percent (3.82%). Such Tenant's Share is calculated on the basis of the 2009 Stephenson Calculation (as defined below).
Tenant's Share. The term "Tenant's Share" means the percentage obtained by dividing Tenant's gross leasable area in the Premises by the gross leasable area in the Building, which as of the Effective Date are the percentages identified in Section G of the Summary.
Tenant's Share. 0.465%.
Tenant's Share. 12.96% (9.9% with respect to the Original Premises, 1.86% with respect to the Suite 401-S Premises and 1.20% with respect to the Suite 430 Premises).
