Tenant's Work

Tenant's Work. All of the Improvements other than those constituting BASE BUILDING WORK, and such other materials and improvements as Tenant deems necessary or appropriate for Tenant's use and occupancy of the Premises.

Tenant's Work. Tenant's Work. Means the responsibility of Tenant to improve the Premises as outlined in the Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Tenant's Work. The work to be performed by Tenant to reconfigure the Premises pursuant to plans to be approved by Landlord and Tenant.
