Tenth Amendment

Tenth Amendment. Means that certain Tenth Amendment to Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of the Tenth Amendment Effective Date among the Borrower, the Guarantors party thereto, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

Tenth Amendment. The Tenth Amendment to Credit Agreement dated as of June 30, 2000

Tenth Amendment. Means the Tenth Amendment to Credit and Security Agreement by and among the Borrower, the Lenders and the Agent dated as of August 13, 2001.

Tenth Amendment. Means the Tenth Amendment, Waiver and Consent to Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of February 7, 2002, among the Borrower, the Lenders parties thereto and the Administrative Agent.

Tenth Amendment. That certain Tenth Amendment and Agreement, dated as of ---------------- November 17, 1999, between the Borrower and the Lender.

Tenth Amendment. Means that certain Tenth Amendment to Amended and Restated Senior Secured Revolving Credit Agreement, dated as of the Tenth Amendment Effective Date, by and among the Borrower, the Parent Guarantor, the Administrative Agent, and the Lenders party thereto.

Tenth Amendment. That certain Tenth Amendment to Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement and Second Amendment to Second Amended and Restated Guaranty Agreement, dated as of the Tenth Amendment Effective Date, among the Borrower, the Guarantors, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto

Tenth Amendment. Any capitalized terms contained in this Tenth Amendment that are not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Lease Agreement.

Tenth Amendment. That certain Tenth Amendment to Third Amended and Restated Credit and Security Agreement dated as of January 12, 2017, by and between the Company and Wells Fargo

Tenth Amendment. That certain Tenth Amendment to Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of September 14, 2018, among the Borrower, the Guarantors, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.
