TEPI Agreement

TEPI Agreement. Means that certain Exploration Agreement between Texaco Exploration and Production Inc. and Palaura Exploration Company dated effective December 1, 1996, described on Exhibit C, covering the Hoskins Mound Field Area in Brazoria County, Texas, as amended by the amendments and supplemented by the other documents and agreements described on Exhibit C.
