Term B Loan Lender

Term B Loan Lender. Shall mean, collectively, Ableco Finance LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Fortress Credit Funding III LP, Fortress Credit Funding II LP, Fortress Credit Funding IV LP and Fortress Credit Opportunities II LP, and the other lenders who are from time to time parties to the Loan Agreement as Term B Loan lenders, and their respective successors and assigns.
