Term Loan Agent. The Original Term Loan Agent, and, from and after the date of execution and delivery of a Term Loan Substitute Facility, the agent, collateral agent, trustee or other representative of the lenders or holders of the obligations evidenced thereunder or governed thereby, in each case, together with its successors in such capacity. On the Third Amendment Effective Date, the Term Loan Agent shall be Royal Bank of Canada, as collateral agent under the Term Loan Credit Agreement
