TERM LOAN COMPONENT
TERM LOAN COMPONENT. Shall mean that portion of the Loan in the amount of $2,140,000.00 on the terms and conditions set forth in Sections 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5 hereof, which amount shall be repaid as provided in Section 2.4 and Section 2.5(b) hereof.
