Term Loan Documents. Collectively, the "Loan Documents" as such term is defined in the Term Loan Agreement.

Term Loan Documents. Shall mean the Term Loan Agreement and all agreements, documents and instruments at any time executed and/or delivered by any Borrower or any Obligor or any other person with, to or in favor of Term Loan Agent, or Term Loan Lenders in connection therewith or related thereto, as all of the foregoing now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed or restated.
Term Loan Documents. (b) Except for the Waiver expressly set forth above in subsection (a), the Administrative Agent and the Lenders reserve each and every right and remedy they may have under the Credit Agreement and the Security Documents (the "Term Loan Documents") and under applicable law with respect to any Default or Event of Default.
