Term of Service

Term of Service. Means the time between 2.21.1. the date the Employee's continuous employment with the Company or one or more Affiliates commenced, with the term of service of each employee of an Affiliate deemed to commence at the latest of December 20, 2005, or the date of acquisition of 50% or more by the Company of the ownership interest, or the date of the Employee's actual commencement of service and 2.21.2. any date of separation from service, including for... resignation, termination for Cause or not for Cause, or retirement. Term of Service. For purposes of this Policy, "term of service" or "term" with respect to a Non-Employee Director means the period of time from his or her annual election at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") (or such later date if the Non-Employee Directors is appointed following the date of an AGM) until the next AGM.
