Term of Service

Term of Service. For purposes of this Policy, "term of service" or "term" with respect to a Non-Employee Director means the period of time from his or her annual election at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") (or such later date if the Non-Employee Directors is appointed following the date of an AGM) until the next AGM.
