Term of the Agreement

Term of the Agreement. Shall mean the period commencing on January 1, 2009 and ending on December 31, 2009.

Term of the Agreement. Means three (3) years.

Term of the Agreement. Term of the Agreement. The period which commences on the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 6, ends on December 31, 2018.
