Term of this Agreement. Means the period that commences on the date of this Agreement and ends on the earlier of: (1) Expiration. January 30, 2004; or (2) Change in Control. The last day of the 24th calendar month beginning after the calendar month in which a Change in Control occurred during the Term of this Agreement.
