Term SOFR Daily Floating Rate. A fluctuating rate of interest which can change on each banking day. The rate will be adjusted on each banking day to equal the Term SOFR Screen Rate two U.S. Government Securities Business Days prior to the date of determination for a one month term beginning on that date; provided that if such rate is not published prior to 11:00 a.m. Eastern time on such determination date then the Term SOFR Daily Floating Rate will be the Term SOFR Screen Rate on the first U.S. Government Securities...
