Termination Agreement

Termination Agreement. The agreement attached as Exhibit D --------------------- --------- hereto.

Termination Agreement. Means the Termination Agreement dated as of April 20, 2001 between the Company and the Employee.

Termination Agreement. Means that certain Termination Agreement between the Company, NEON Optica, Inc., PECO Energy Company and Purchaser dated as of August 10, 2001, which terminates the System Agreement between the Company, NEON Optica, Inc., PECO Energy Company and Purchaser dated as of September 14, 2000, substantially in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT F. 3

Termination Agreement. Shall mean, with respect to each Initial Property, the Termination Agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit H, to be entered into at or prior to the Closing Date for such Initial Property, by and among HPTMI, MI and CR14 or CRTM17 (as applicable).

Termination Agreement. Means the Termination Agreement dated as of the Effective Date of this Executive Employment Agreement between the Company and the Employee.

Termination Agreement. Means the agreements to be executed by and between Marriott, RIBM and/or TPMC, and the applicable Innkeepers Conversion Parties for 3 the purpose of terminating the Outgoing Management Agreements, in a form substantially similar to the form of Termination of Outgoing Management Agreement set forth in Exhibit B.

Termination Agreement. Means the Termination Agreement dated as of September 4, 2001 between the Company and the Employee.

Termination Agreement. Means the Termination Agreement dated as of December 15, 2000 between the Company and the Employee.

Termination Agreement. Means the Termination Agreement dated the date hereof between the Lender and the Company.
