Termination Agreements
Termination Agreements. Means those certain agreements between the applicable EOTT Parties and the applicable Enron Parties wherein the Parties mutually agree to terminate each of the EPSC Corporate Services Agreement, the Enron Corporate Services Agreement and the Transition Services Agreement, in the form of Exhibits G-1, G-2 and G-3, respectively.
