Termination Amount. With respect to the Leased Premises the sum of (a) the Prepayment Premium which Landlord will be required to pay in prepaying or defeasing, as applicable, any Loan with proceeds of the Termination Amount and (b) the applicable amount set forth on Exhibit "E", titled "Termination Values"
