Termination Amount

Termination Amount. Shall mean the greater of (a) the sum of the Fair Market Value and the applicable Prepayment Premium which Landlord will be required to pay in prepaying any Loan with proceeds of the Termination Amount or (b) the sum of the Acquisition Cost and the applicable Prepayment Premium which Landlord will be required to pay in prepaying any Loan with proceeds of the Termination Amount.

Termination Amount. Shall mean the sum of the Floor Amount and any Prepayment Premium which Landlord will be required to pay in its or the Master Landlord's prepaying of any Loan with proceeds of the Termination Amount.

Termination Amount. Means an amount equal to the product of $2.5 million and the total number of whole and partial fiscal quarters remaining in the Term as of the Termination Date or effective date of the termination of the SITC Services, as applicable, with the amount attributable to any partial fiscal quarter being pro-rated based on the proportion of days remaining in such partial fiscal quarter.

Termination Amount. (i) with respect to a Condemnation the applicable amount set forth in Exhibit "E" and (ii) with respect to a Casualty the applicable amount set forth in Exhibit "E" plus any Prepayment Premium which Landlord will be required to pay in prepaying or defeasing in whole or in part, as applicable, any Loan with proceeds of the Termination Amount.
