Termination Assistance Period

Termination Assistance Period. That period of time commencing upon the earliest to occur of (a) notice by a party of termination of this Agreement (in whole or in part), (b) notice by Customer of its need for Termination Assistance, or (c) ninety (90) days prior to expiration of this Agreement, and ending no later than 90 days after termination of the Agreement or Work Order, as the case may be
