Termination Date

Termination Date. Shall mean the date Employee ceases to be employed by the Company.

Termination Date. The date on which Employee's employment with the Company (or any successor) terminates for any reason. For purposes of the payment of severance payments and benefits pursuant to Section 6 hereof, the Termination Date shall also be required to constitute a "separation of service" from the Company (or any successor) within the meaning of Section 409A.
