Termination Due to Business Divestiture

Termination Due to Business Divestiture. Shall mean the termination of the Participant's service due to a transaction or series of related transactions (other than a transaction or series of transactions that are part of a Change in Control) that result in a divestiture, sale, transfer, assignment or other disposition of any division, subsidiary, business unit, product line or group, or any other asset of the Company or any of its affiliates.
