Termination of Employment of Executive without Cause. Means any Termination of Employment of Executive by Arrow or the Bank prior to normal expiration of the Term of Employment hereunder, for any reason or no reason, that does not qualify as a Termination of Employment of Executive for Cause or otherwise meet the definition of any other Termination of Employment of Executive hereunder. Any Termination of Employment of Executive without Cause under this Agreement will be commenced upon, and only upon, delivery of advance written notice thereof by Arrow or the Bank to Executive, stating that such Termination of Employment is a Termination of Employment of Executive without Cause under Paragraph 6(a) or Paragraph 7(b) of this Agreement, as appropriate, and specifying the effective date of such Termination of Employment, which shall be a date not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days after the date of delivery of such notice to Executive, as determined by Arrow or the Bank.
