Example Definitions of "Termination Price"
Termination Price. Means the number of shares you hold at the time of termination divided by the number of shares you hold as of the date of this agreement, x $150,000.
Termination Price. Means the number of shares you hold at the time of termination divided by the number of shares you hold as of the date of this agreement, not including shares subject to certain call option agreements in effect at the date hereof, x $1,000,000.
Termination Price.
