Termination Value. As of any date of determination, the amount of Revenue Participation Payments that would be received from such date through the end of the calendar year 2017 if the average monthly Revenues during such period were equal to the product of (i) the average monthly Revenues during the six-month period immediately preceding such date of determination and (ii) the sum of 1 + (.02 x the number of months then remaining in the Revenue Participation Term)
